Receptionist – Office Coordinator Job Duties

Customer Service – Priority #1

  • Field telephone calls and forward to area salesperson
  • Field telephone calls for service calls (get as much info as possible, verify address)
  • Assist walk in customers with parts and/or information
  • Print invoice paper as needed.
  • Process Outgoing UPS and SpeeDee shipments
  • Update Customer Job to Do list
  • Update Customer Job Board
  • Label and order vendor literature as needed
  • Copy Job information from Schedule Calendar for Billing Confirmation.
  • Maintain job hours for billing
  • Assist fellow employees with paperwork & parts as needed.
  • Assist with Cleaning office

***Must not have allergies to cats/dogs***

Pay is Commensurate with Experience
